WHEN I DIE


On my desk
the old ashtray remains;
and of bronze, as an ornament,
I leave my scarab.

The yellow portrait
taken 10 years ago I think,
I'll leave it turned
upside down.

I just wanted to say
that curiosity kills:
Who will use it?
my elegant tie?
