Homem Imenso
Sinto o pesar da ausência,
Sinto a tristeza causada pela saudade,
Sinto o sangue a correr lentamente,
Sinto a vida a desvanecer!
Como pode um homem tão EXTRAORDINÁRIO
Morrer?!
As memórias da generosidade e da bondade,
A nobreza de carácter e a simplicidade,
A coragem e o alento das sábias palavras,
O cumprimento vigoroso e amigo,
O ceder ao enternecimento de uma criança,
Hão-de perdurar nas gerações seguintes!
Um homem vale pelas suas memórias,
Um homem tão imenso quando morre,
Não há consolação possível.
Um homem tão imenso nunca morre,
Continua a existir no coração de todos nós!
