Eu podia te jurar amor eterno

Eu podia ser o que você pedir

Eu podia te escrever uma carta em um caderno

Más o tempo desgasta alguns sentimentos

E o seu amor por mim não foi diferente

Eu me lembro de todos os momentos

Mesmo aquele que é dilacerante

 

Eu fiz tudo que podia para te esquecer

Pois não agüentava mais sofrer

Hoje você ainda vive em minha mente

Isso não me deixa mais doente

Passa seu rosto, sua boca levemente

Em um pensamento conseqüente

Onde a conseqüência é apenas a dor

Dor que se mistura com o amor

E me faz te querer

Querer jurar o sempre algo que não me pertence

Mas juraria para te ter

Agora está difícil acreditar que o amor sempre vence
