MOLHO BÉCHAMEL
Ingredientes:
2 colheres (de sopa) de manteiga
2 colheres (de sopa) de farinha de trigo
2 chávenas (de chá) de leite (480 ml)
2 colheres (sopa) de raiz-forte em conserva, ralada
1 colher (chá) de sal
1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino
Preparação:
Numa panela média, derreta a manteiga em lume brando. Acrescente a farinha e mexa até dourar. Junte aos poucos o leite, misturando sempre, até ficar homogêneo. Deixe cozinhar, mexendo de vez em quando, até engrossar (cerca de 5 minutos). Junte a raiz-forte, o sal e a pimenta e misture bem.
