MOLHO MADEIRA
Sirva com frango, pato, ganso, carnes e presunto
Rende 32 colheres de sopa
Ingredientes:
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
40 g de farinha de trigo
80 ml de vinho madeira
560 ml de caldo de galinha
1 pitada de sal
Preparação:
Numa panela média, derreta a manteiga em lume brando. Junte a farinha e mexa bem com uma colher de pau até que fique dourada (cerca de 3 minutos). Acrescente aos poucos o vinho madeira, o caldo de galinha e o sal, mexendo sempre até engrossar ligeiramente (cerca de 3 minutos).
