Ao fim da tarde,
Nesta ponta de terra chego;
Olhando pro céu eu vejo,
Estrelas crepusculares,
0 sol se despedindo,
O crepúsculo chegando,
Aguas do mar ondulantes,
Mostrando sua pujança, sua força!
Ao correr pela praia, pela areia,
Distribuindo borbulhas de carinhos,
Carinhos nas areias e nas sereias,
Que aguardam o Poeta,
Que se põe, a meditar e sonhar!
Outro dia que vai, e a noite que vem;
Na natureza é isso, um vai e outro vem;
E eu aqui, curtindo toda esta beleza!
Esperando, esperando o meu bem!
