Dentro do copo, volve o gelo...
E misturada nele... A aguardente!
Melancólica vai, a derretê-lo...
E o açúcar!...Esvanece demudado!
E tanto, e mais, na caipirinha!
Vai - como um favo -, misturado...
Ó bebida!...Tão afeita às paixões!
Vou te bebendo tão sozinha!
Como te bebem triste, às solidões...

* bebida tipicamente brasileira...
feita à base de limão, açúcar,
aguardente de cana (cachaça),
e gelo picado...
modo de preparar: descasca-se o limão,
tira-se a semente, e o centro (que é o que
faz com que a caipirinha fique travosa),
espreme-se o limão dentro de um copo,
mistura-se o gelo e a aguardente (51 ou outra)
a gosto...
>>> geralmente é acompanhada de feijoada,
samba, e muitas mulatas....
Obs: se vc fizer em grande quantidade,
aí, em vez de CAIPIRINHA, você estará
fazendo BATIDA DE LIMÃO, mas isso,
é outra poesia...[/b][/color]
