Pêssego flamejado com gelado de baunilha

INGREDIENTES (para 4 pessoas)

5 Pêssegos pouco maduros

1dl de rum

1 Colher de sopa de óleo

50g de manteiga sem sal

3 Colheres de sopa de açúcar

1 Embalagem de gelado de baunilha

PREPARAÇÃO (+/- 35 minutos)

Descasque os pêssegos e corte-os às fatias.

Leve ao lume uma frigideira,
com o óleo e a manteiga até derreterem.

Coloque as tiras de pêssego na frigideira
e deite por cima as 3 colheres de sopa de açúcar,
bem cheias.

Deixe o pêssego alourar, adicione o rum e flameje.

Disponha o pêssego num prato,
regue-o com a calda e acompanhe com gelado de baunilha.

Nota: Acompanhe com moscatel de Setúbal.
