1 posta de lombo de Bacalhau da Noruega (+ ou - 500g )
1 cebola
1 tomate
1 pimentão
4 colheres (sopa) de azeite português
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite-de-dendê
1 garrafa (500ml) de leite de coco.
Rendimento: 4 porções
Refogar a posta de Bacalhau da Noruega no azeite português, azeite-de-dendê, tomate, cebola e pimentão. Após refogado o Bacalhau da Noruega, acrescentar o leite de coco e cozinhar. Acompanha arroz branco, farofa de dendê ou acaçá.
