Não Alcoólico - Batida de iogurte com açaí e granola
2 (chá) de suco de açaí
4 (sopa) de granola
1 (sopa) de mel
1 banana-nanica média descascada
1 pote de iogurte desnatado
Cortar a banana em fatias médias e bater no liquidificador com o suco de açaí o iogurte e o mel até obter uma mistura homogênea. Despejar a mistura em 4 copos, distribuir a granola e servir em seguida. :hammer: :pint:
