Frango maricas. (simples e muito bom)
1 frango inteiro.
1 limão inteiro, descascado.
Cubos de caldo de galinha.
Manteiga, ou outra gordura.
Coloca-se o limão, dentro do frango.
Barra-se (pincela-se) com um pouco de gordura.
Colocam-se pedaços dos cubos de caldo, por debaixo das asas, pernas, pescoço, etc,.
Vai a assar, normalmente.
