Cogumelos recheados com Presunto e Coentros
Ingredientes:
600 gr de cogumelos
1,5 dl de azeite
2 cebolas picadas
1 dente de alho picado
180 gr de tirinhas de presunto fininhas
1 molhinho de coentros
150 gr de broa de milho
50 gr de margarina
Preparação:
Lave muito bem os cogumelos, enxugue-os, retire-lhes os pés e reserve.
Leve ao lume a refogar no azeite a cebola e o alho. Adicione o presunto e os pezinhos dos coentros picados, reservando as folhas. Junte a broa de milho esfarelada, deixe apurar e recheie os cogumelos com este preparado. Rectifique os temperos.
Disponha os cogumelos num tabuleiro untado e, por cima de cada um, coloque uma nozinha de margarina. Leve a assar em forno bem quente a 250ºC, durante cerca de 10 minutos.
Findo esse tempo, distribua os cogumelos por 4 pratos, regue com o molho que se formou e polvilhe com as folhinhas de coentros.
