Arroz com Frango e Camarão
Ingredientes:
2 alhos picados
2 bifes de frango
1 lata de tomate pelado (pequena)
2 colheres (sopa) de polpa de tomate
1 cebola
100 g de miolo de camarão
Pimentão doce q.b.
Caril q.b.
2 colheres (chá) de tomilho seco
2 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada
1 chávena de arroz
Azeite
Preparação:
1. Pôr o arroz a cozer em água com sal.
2. Numa frigideira colocar um fio de azeite e juntar o frango cortado aos pedaços e a cebola picada. Deixar cozinhar até o frango estar bem passado.
3. Juntar o tomate pelado picado, a polpa de tomate e os camarões. Quando ferver, juntar as especiarias.
4. Deixar cozinhar por 10/15 minutos em lume brando para apurar o molho.
5. Servir o arroz em forma de círculo, à volta do prato, colocando o preparado anterior no centro.
