BOLOS DE AMEIXAS PRETAS
Ingredientes:
200g de ameixas pretas
150g de farinha
100g de açúcar
4 Ovos
1dl de óleo
1 Colher de (sopa) de fermento em pó
* Manteiga para untar
* Farinha para polvilhar
Modo de preparação (passo a passo)
1º - Coloque as ameixas num tacho, junte água até ficarem totalmente cobertas, leve ao lume e deixe ferver. Retire do lume, escorra-as, deixa-as arrefecer e depois pique-as grosseiramente.
2º - Ligue o forno a 18ºc, barre uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe-a com farinha. Deite os ovos numa tigela, junte o óleo e o açúcar e bata durante 5 minutos. Depois adicione a farinha, 1 dl de água de cozer as ameixas, o fermento e bata bem. Por fim
Junte as ameixas, misture e deite na forma.
3º - Leve ao forno durante 40 minutos. Verifique a cozedura com um palito, retire do forno e deixe arrefecer um pouco. Depois desenforme e deixe arrefecer totalmente antes de servir. Decore a gosto.
