Feijoada de Tofu com Farinheira de Soja
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de feijão encarnado
1 farinheira de soja
Água da cozedura do feijão
250g tofu cortado em cubos e marinado em alho, pimentão doce, sal, vinho branco, 1 folha de louro, cominhos em pó
Polpa de tomate
Azeite, sal, molho piripiri e salsa picada q.b.
1 cebola e 3 dentes de alho picadinhos
Preparação:
Coza o feijão com a farinheira de soja durante cerca de 25 minutos.
De seguida, estala a cebola e os alhos no azeite. Acrescente o tofu e deixe-o ganhar ligeira cor. Adicione a polpa de tomate, mexa bem e ponha o feijão e alguma água, só até cobrir. Junte os temperos e a salsa e deixei apurar.
Sirva com arroz integral simples: margarina, cebola e alho, 1 de arroz para 2 1/2 água a ferver, sal e 30 minutos a cozer. Pôr o arroz integral, nem que seja 20 minutos, de molho em água quente.
