QUEIJADINHAS DE SINTRA
Ingredientes:
6 Queijos frescos
12 Gemas de ovos
400 gr de açúcar
Farinha de trigo q.b.
Água e sal q.b.
Preparação:
Bata os queijos com as gemas e o açúcar, juntando à massa um pouco de farinha para lhe dar a consistência necessária.
Faça uma massa bem rija com a farinha, água e sal, que deverá estender com o rolo e cortar em rodelas, para formar as caixas das queijadas.
Encha as caixinhas de massa com a massa do queijo com as gemas e leve ao forno, dispondo as queijadas em tabuleiros.
