Morangos Assados
Ingredientes:
250 gramas de morango
1 colher de sopa de suco de limão
2 colheres de sopa de mel
1 colher de chá de shoyo (molho de soja)
cravo e canela a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Numa assadeira ou panela disponha os morangos partidos ao meio. Misture o mel com o suco de limão e shoyo e espalhe este “molho” sobre os morangos. Salpique cravo e canela. Para assar, cubra a assadeira com papel de alumínio e leve-a ao forno pré-aquecido por 15-20 minutos. Se preferir, cozinhe-o em panela tampada, em fogo baixo, por 10-15 minutos.
