Salada Superforte
Ingredientes:
½ alface picada
1 maço de agrião picado
½ escarola picada
1 ½ xícara (chá) de frango cozido cortado em cubinhos
2 ovos cozidos duros, picados
3 tomates maduros picados
1 pimentão verde pequeno, picado
1 abacate pequeno cortado em cubinhos
1 cebolinha verde em fatias
½ xícara (chá) de queijo
gorgonzola esmigalhado
1 colher (sopa) de salsinha picada
½ xícara (chá) de óleo
3 colheres (sopa) de vinagre
sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Misture a alface, o agrião, a escarola e arrume numa travessa funda. Coloque por cima os ingredientes restantes. Polvilhe com a cebolinha verde. Misture a salsinha com o azeite e vinagre, tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino e despeje sobre a salada na hora de servir.
Rendimento para 5 pessoas.
