MODO DE PREPARO
Bate todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, até sair o cheiro do ovo, unte a forma com manteiga e farinha de trigo e despeje os ingredientes na forma e coloque o recheio que deve ser a gosto
Leve ao forno à 180°
INGREDIENTES
2 ovos
1 xícara de farinha de trigo
1 xícara de leite
1 colher de sopa de queijo ralad
o1 colher de chá de sal a gosto
1/2 copo de azeite de oliva
1/2 copo de óleo
Recheio a gosto: carne moida, atum, sardinha, frango, camarão
