MOLHO AGRIDOCE
Ingredientes:
Rende 24 colheres (sopa)
Sirva com frango, pato e carne de porco
90 gr de açúcar mascavado
1 tablete de caldo de galinha dissolvido em 360 ml de água
160 ml de ketchup
2 colheres de chá de molho de pimenta
160 ml de vinagre
Preparação:
Numa panela média, leve todos os ingredientes ao lume e deixe cozinhar (em lume brando), sem tapar a panela, até engrossar (por cerca de 15 minutos).
