MOLHO COR-DE-ROSA
Ingredientes:
1 cebola pequena
1 colher de sopa margarina
1 1/2 colheres de sopa farinha de trigo
2,5 dl leite
sal q.b.
1 colher de chá concentrado de tomate
Preparação:
Pica-se a cebola miudinha e refoga-se na margarina. Junta-se a farinha e deixa-se ferver, em lume brando, mexendo sempre.
Mistura-se a pouco e pouco, o leite, o sal e o concentrado de tomate.
