MOLHO DE AGRIÕES
Ingredientes:
600 gr de agriões (só as folhas)
1 cebola picada
50 gr de manteiga
1 chávena de vinho branco seco
1 chávena de natas
1/2 chávena de neite
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Coza os agriões, escorra bem e reserve. Aloure a cebola na manteiga, acrescente os agriões e o vinho branco. Cozinhe por alguns minutos e bata no liquidificador, juntamente com o leite, até obter uma mistura lisa e homogénea. Leve, novamente, ao lume, acrescente as natas, mexa bem e tempere.
