MOLHO DE ALCAPARRAS COM OVO
Ingredientes:
3 gemas cozidas
2 colheres de chá de mostarda francesa
1 colher de sopa de alcaparras picadas
2 colheres de chá de mostarda francesa
1 dente de alho esmagado
1 colher de chá de sal
pimenta preta moída q.b.
funcho q.b.
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
vinagre de vinho branco
2 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão
Preparação:
Colocam-se todos os ingredientes num frasco com rolha que se agita vigorosamente até estar tudo bem misturado.
Guarda-se o tempero no frigorífico e utiliza-se quando necessário.
(Equivale a 2,5 dl)
