MOLHO DE HORTELÃ
Especial para acompanhar "paparis", "poppadoms" (espécie de hóstias fritas), pão, tiras de milho e caril.
Ingredientes:
1 cebola picada
uma mão cheia de hortelã
3 dl. de yogurte natural
1 colher de chá de sal
1 colher de chá de açúcar
1 colher de chá de cominhos
Preparação:
Ponha todos os ingredientes na batedeira e bata até obter um creme homogéneo. Leve ao frigorifico durante 1 hora.
