MOLHO DE PIMENTA TEMPERADA
Use na mesa, como preferir. Fica muito bom acompanhando feijoada.
Ingredientes:
500 gr. de pimenta
2 copos de vinho branco seco
1 dose de conhaque
2 folhas de louro
1 colher de sopa de mostarda
Preparação:
Junte todos os ingredientes e bata no liquidificador. Despeje num frasco de vidro, deixando um quinto da mesmo, vazio. Tape muito bem e guarde por um mês num lugar seco, ao abrigo da luz.
