MOLHO VINAGRETE DE MORANGOS
Ingredientes:
10 morangos médios
1/2 molhe de cebolinho verde
1 cebola média picada
3 colheres de sopa de vinagre de vinho branco
1/2 chávena de chá de vinho branco
5 colheres de sopa de azeite
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Limpe os morangos, lave e pique-os.
Coloque-os numa tigela, junte o cebolinho verde finamente picado, a cebola, o vinagre de vinho branco, o vinho branco, o azeite e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. Misture delicadamente até obter um molho homogéneo.
Sirva sobre saladas.
