ESPUMANTE FINGIDO DE MAÇÃ E HORTELÃ
Ingredientes:
2 maçãs verdes
1/4 de chávena de chá de sumo de limão
3 chávenas de chá de água
Adoçante ou açúcar q.b.
1/2 chávena de chá de folhas de hortelã
2 litros água com gás
Preparação:
Coloque a maçã, o sumo de limão e a água a ferver até amaciar a maçã. Retire, deixe arrefecer e coloque no liquidificador com os restantes ingredientes. Bata tudo e sirva com pedras de gelo.
