BATIDO DE NATAS E MERENGUE
Ingredientes:
2 claras
120 g de açúcar em pó
3 dl de natas
1 dl de licor de ovo
amêndoa moída q.b.
Preparação:
Leve ao lume, em banho-maria, as claras com o açúcar em pó, mexendo ocasionalmente para dissolver. Retire do lume e misture energicamente, de modo a formar um merengue firme e brilhante. Reserve. Num recipiente bata as natas, adicione-lhes o licor de ovo e envolva bem. Verta em copos, alternando com metade da quantidade de merengue. Decore a superfície com o restante e sirva polvilhado com amêndoa.
