BATIDO DE PÊSSEGO
Ingredientes:
10 metades de pêssego em calda
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
9,5 dl de leite
1 colher de sopa de açúcar mascavado
Preparação:
Triture os pêssegos com o açúcar. Reserve um pouco deste puré e, ao restante, adicione o leite. Envolva bem e distribua pelos copos, até ao meio. Cubra com um pouco do puré de pêssego e termine com o restante preparado de leite. Polvilhe com açúcar mascavado e sirva de imediato.
