RABANADAS VEGANAS
Ingredientes:
fatias de pão
açúcar q.b.
cravinho
canela
leite de soja q.b.
Preparação:
Faça uma calda de açúcar, água, cravinho e canela. Molhe o pão no leite de soja, esprema e coloque-o na calda em lume brando.
Deixe cerca de três minutos e vá retirando e colocando num escorredor para retirar o excesso da calda.
Coloque num pirex e vá polvilhando com canela.
Se preferir, sirva depois de colocar no frigorífico.
