AÇORDA DE FEIJÃO MANTEIGA
Ingredientes:
200 g de feijão manteiga
600 g de batatas
1 cebola
6 colheres de sopa de azeite
4 dentes de alho
pão de milho
sal a gosto
Preparação:
Coloque num tacho o feijão com a respectiva água da cozedura, a cebola picada e as batatas cortadas aos cubos. Depois de cozido, retire do lume e junte o azeite e os alhos picadinhos. Corte o pão para uma taça, deite-lhe por cima o preparado. Misture para envolver e sirva.
