Ingredientes:
arroz integral
água (o dobro do arroz)
sumo limão q.b.
ervas aromáticas a gosto
cogumelos laminados
sementes de girassol (opcional)
Preparação:
Coza o arroz integral no dobro da água. Aromatize subtilmente com ervas (por exemplo: salsa, coentros, hortelã, etc.) e limão e borrife com cogumelos cortados ou sementes de girassol.
