Meu Iogurte preferido!
Inventei ou melhor experimentei fazer Iogurte na Iogurteira "Top Therm"
Iogurte com gelatina, fica uma delicia, parece um pudim e muito salutar!
Um pote de Iogourte natural "Nestle" natural e desnatado 160g.;
Três litros de leite desnatado;
Quatro ou seis pacotinhos de gelatina "zero cal) sabor framboesa;
Ferva ou vá até 1ooºC com um (1) dos litros de leite;
Misture nesse litro de leite quente a gelatina toda;
Quando chegar a temperatura dos 45º,agora com todo leite misturado,
Misture bem o Iogurte natural;
Coloque nos doze(12) potinhos da Iogurteira "Top Therm", feche-a e deixe por 4/6 horas, e após
coloque todos potes na geladeira até ficarem no ponto e comecem a saborear!
UMA DELICIA, COMO TODOS OS DIAS 1 OU 2 POTESI!
