Alma em Correntezas

Nas pedras cinzentas,

No bater das aguas

Brilham vestes de minha' lma.

Na beira da ribeira.

 

Em correntezas...

Rio abaixo minha saudade!

Das aguas que beberiquei,

hoje só trago lembranças

 

Do Ribeirão á Ribeiro.

Lá ficou a menina de pé no chão.
