Espelho do tempo

Por entre vales e montanhas
Curvas e retas
Viajando na Serra das Araras
Percorrendo vias nestas antigas terras

No caminho até Piraí
Lembranças dos verdes lagos
de Ribeirão das Lages, bem aí
Onde crescem e tomam conta os água pés

Bem aqui, inda pulsa nas veias
O sangue rubro andaluz
De um certo Quixote e suas utopias
Inda que o sonho seja agora fugaz
