Poison in my soul

Your empty promises
ae nothing but
poison in my soul.

You poison me
so mercilessly,
making me believe
I'm nothint without you.

I try to set myself free,
I run to reach the unknown,
I long to touch the unvisible.

My soul is poisoned,
with your bitter words.

I run and cover my ears,
trying to forget everything
you've told me.

I can escape from you,
but I don't know
If I can remove
this poison inside my soul.
