Preparação:
Bata as claras em neve.
Tempere com sal.
Em uma assadeira untada faça 4 montinhos com as claras.
Com uma colher faça uma depressão no centro de cada montinho.
Coloque dentro 1 gema.
Sobre a gema disponha 2 filés de aliche ou anchovas.
Leve ao forno quente pré aquecido (200º) por uns 15 minutos.
