Ascende do sono à vida
a alma. Pupila dilatada
Olha a Cortina inda fechada
Meia luz, ansiedade contida

Realidade à tona, escreve a alma o sonho
Com medo do esquecimento
De tão ternos momentos
Abstratos e risonhos

Visto a alma que sonhara
E passo a rabiscar versos
Interpretados do reverso
De tão linda seara

Escrevo versos tristes.
Onde está o lindo sonho
Alegre e risonho
Que vivia no meu sono?

Traição!
Se for sonho não existe
O que é real é triste
