a mesma medida de leite
3 ovos
2 xícaras de açucar
Preparo
Derreter o açucar em ponto de calda de caramelo, espalhar
no fundo e em volta de uma forma de pudim.
Misturar os ingredientes no liquidificador e despejar na forma
Levar ao fogo em banho-maria por cerca de 40 minutos.
Desenformar só depois de frio
