MOLHO DE MENTA OU HORTELÃ
Ingredientes:
4 colheres de sopa de açúcar
4 colheres de sopa de folhas frescas de menta ou hortelã
2 colheres de sopa de água a ferver
1 chávena de vinagre tinto
sal q.b.
Preparação:
Coloque o açúcar sobre as folhas de menta, para acentuar o sabor. Pique a menta, coloque numa tigela e misture a água a ferver, mexendo até dissolver o açúcar. Adicione uma pitada de sal. Deixe arrefecer um pouco e junte o vinagre. Leve ao frigorífico.
