A mesma canção que eu canto,
Pois tenho guardado prontas,
As notas do contracanto,
Das horas de desencanto,
Que acompanharam meu canto,
Que eu derramava enquanto
Você demorava tanto...
Mas tudo isto eu recanto,
Na história que aqui remonto,
Com tímido desencanto!
Antes de por um ponto,
