Eu me encontrei no marco do horizonte
Onde as nuvens falam,
Onde os sonhos têm mãos e pés
E o mar é seduzido pelas sereias.
Eu me encontrei onde o real é fábula,
Onde o sol recebe a luz da lua,
Onde a música é pão de todo dia
E a criança aconselha-se com as flores.
Onde o homem e a mulher são um,
Onde espadas e granadas
Transformaram-se em charruas,
E onde se fundem verbo e ação.
Murilo Mendes, poeta mineiro (1901-1975), Escreveu aos 24 anos, na publicação Antropofagia.
Tinha um estilo barroco e surrealista.
