MOLHO PARA FRANCESINHAS
Ingredientes:
2 cervejas brancas
300 ml de polpa de tomate
2 folhas de louro
1 cubo de caldo de carne
2 colheres de sopa de amido de milho (maizena)
2 colheres de sopa de margarina
Piripiri q.b.
1/2 copo de leite
Preparação:
Dissolva a maizena no leite. Misture todos os ingredientes com a maizena dissolvida, numa panela. Passe a varinha mágica e leve ao lume para engrossar, mexendo de vez em quando. Rectifique os temperos e reserve bem quente.
