A MEMÓRIA
A linda manhã,tranquila e boa
Não ilumina mais estas vertentes
Tão frias e húmidas,não sentes?
Por agora já só a dor dorida soa
Meu coração em sofrimentos voa
Por encantos entre alvos dentes
Que a mim agora são tão oponentes
Levai-me Deus à linda e pacata Goa
Fingi-me este penoso sofrimento
Que voltem as lindas e sãs manhãs
Destas com a sua falta me lamento
Volte o sol aurerescer nas lindas fajãs
Que se finde este cruel tormento
Voltem a ser algo,deixem de ser vãs!
