Being alone

Being alone won't kill me,
I'll approach myself,
beginning to understand
the screams of my soul,
the echoes of my core.

If I'm alone,
this is not your concern.
I've crossed the dark path,
I'm still alive,
I can walk by myself.

You've never really wanted
to reach or understand me.

I was so alone
as I am right now,
away from the people
that never asked
how I was feeling.

I'm alone now, 
there's no dream left.
I've lost all my dreams
