Shut Up

You tell me to shut up

Because you know what I say is true

You want me to help you

But at the same time you push me away

You leave me

But always come back

You chain me down so I can't be free

You whip me with your words

You crush me with your tears

And yet you love me?

 

*Love isn't love until you set it free.
