In the Clouds

While her mind drifts,
High up in the skies,
Her hearthly life skips
And away it flies.

She flies so high
That she can not see
Come the day she'll dive
Into a deep blue sea.

She tries to shake it away
But it keeps lifting her back
Since that doomed day
That he became a fact.

He, who's he?
Even she does not know,
Her lover to be,
Or just part of a show?

Why do poets live in the clouds
Aiming the unreachable
With souls screaming out loud
And minds unbeatables?
