Friendship

Far, and across
All spaces between us,
A friendship, not loss
Grinds us together, thus

You don't actualy know me
I can sense, for sure,
Ours, is still a friendship to be
That firm and steady, will endure

That is why
Year after year
I stand by
As a believer

And standing here
I'll be
Waiting
Patiently

Tough my heart tells me
You'll forget me
Eventually.
