The Beast

In the wild, we find beast,
Fearless and dark animals,
Capable of horrible feasts
On others lives.

In cities we find humans.
Living on the misfortune
Of others for their pleasure.
Waiting every day
For their fresh new prey.

Humans try to be all powerful, beasts,
But is something unreachable
Our shadow is full of fear.
We can’t be separated, we are born near
It. At night is when some humans are set free
From the fear and became beasts,
Cowardness is now born.

In the wild we find humans,
Strange and dark animals.
Shielded behind their weapons
and other people.
Capable of horrible actions
But always with fear on their backs

A human becames a man
When he comes forward
Facing the world with his hands
No more shields, no more shadows.
Simply us living life fearless
Trying to became
The unharmful Beast!
