Priceless Love

Priceless love as a
a brazen cloud of
crimson bonfire
hovers over me,
if by any chance heavy
and dark clouds
try to smother,
separate us,
where ever I go
it tarries
and the sacrifice of
Passover is brushed on my
doorpost protects from
entering perils, conspire to abate
my trust and when I think I’m alone
I call the name above all names,
and a calming assurance responds
I wrestle with questions I find
the right words inscribed on my heart
at times the yoke presses down,
shoulders droop; cant carry the weight
I sense the lifting off as a crane lifts
heavy burdens; weight is light, carried
as the headmaster takes over
